Terms and Conditions

RETURN POLICY


Check the validity of your return or refund before placing a request. You may return your item to us
within seven (7) days from the date you received the item/s only if the item delivered to you is
damaged or incorrect. Change of mind after the purchase is not eligible for refund.


Before returning, please make sure the items are complete in the original packaging, are undamaged,
and with tags and labels attached.


If your request meets all the requirements, the return process can be initiated via email at
customercare@acommerce.com.ph. You will receive a separate email once you have sent the
email request.


MODES OF PAYMENT


We accept payments through Credit Card or Cash on Delivery.


SHIPMENT PROCESS


The process starts with a successful payment confirmation via Credit Card or order placement via Cash on
Delivery, processing of your order, then shipping from our warehouse to your doorstep.


Once we receive order confirmation, an order reservation for your products is processed in the
warehouse.


Once the package has been shipped, you may email us to track its delivery progress.


Metro Manila and provincial deliveries are handled by either Lazada Express (LEX), aCommerce
Philippines, or LBC.


ORDER TRACKING


Log in to your account at www.3Mstoreonline.com to find your tracking number and delivery status.


For Metro Manila, delivery will take up to three (3) business days

.
For provincial, delivery will take up to six (6) business days.


PROMOTIONS


Enter the discount code after checking out and selecting your payment method before placing your order.


Editing of orders are not allowed once they've been placed. If you need to make changes or request
cancellation, reach out to us as soon as possible with complete details and we'll do our best to resolve the
issue.
